I was needing to get my ESCL replaced on my 2009 Altima and was quoted by a repair shop that the cost would be a little under $1,000 to complete . In dire straits I happened to call Future Nissan where I had purchased the vehicle from and spoke to Wendy the warranty manager to see when and if my warranty had expired . Wendy was extremely helpful and provided exceptional customer service and to my surprise advised me that the ESCL currently had a recall on it and they would replace at no charge to me. When I brought my vehicle in at the scheduled time , Every team member from the service advisor to the cashier went above and beyond my highest expectations with my customer experience there .I would highly recommend Future Nissan for anyones vehicle purchase or service . This Nissan dealership family really loves their job and it shows. Thank you to everyone for making my experience so very pleasant I truly appreciate it.
I have been looking for a car for about a month and a half now, I decided to get on the cars.com app and I found a car I liked located at Future Nissan of Folsom. I inquired through email about the vehicle and had almost immediate response from Amber. I have been hesitant with car dealerships because of how naggy and almost annoying some car sales people can be :). This was NOT the case at all! Amber was the least pushy car saleswoman I have ever met and it made it so so so so much more enjoyable and easy to pursue the car! The manager, I think his name was Jim, and the gentlemen who helped finish all my paperwork, Sal, they are all amazing! They are fun, personable people that made finding and buying my car so incredibly easy and a great experience! I highly recommend visiting future Nissan of Folsom at the Automall, they will not let you down!
They have a good team to back up concerns and guarantee customer satisfaction. Sales - Nathan did a great job selling and Laurence made sure to reach out to remedy a miscommunication (happens right!? We are human!) . Shaf took care of service, and Daren went above and beyond to keep us happily coming back.

This Is not your normal dealership.I have 40 years of vehicle purchaces and service experience.If you have at any time had a poor experiences elsewhere, you know the frustration and pressure not be intimidated, gain respect and receive a fair deal.You will not have these pains here.Vehicle purchaces and service should not be a thing to worry about.This organization is on the right track.
