I have been bringing my 2017 Nissan Rogue work vehicle to Nissan and have been working with Edgar, one of the advisor. He is so wonderful. He is professional and thoroughly explains what needs to be done to my car while being very friendly and personal able. While I live closer to the Nissan dealership in Roseville, I bring my car here for the excellent customer service I get from Edgar.
The 'Service Department' was very considerate. 'Mina' and the other Service Advisors were polite, concerned, and professional. 'Mina' kept me informed step-by-step on what was going to happen. The team helped solved a problem that was originated at another Nissan Dealership...(Without Hesitation!). Thank-you FUTURE NISSAN OF FOLSOM. I really like customer service. I usually make an appointment for service and takes around 1 1/2 hours. Plenty chairs in the lounge, free coffee while waiting, tv on, free WiFi, shuttle service. I have prepaid service but to n honest I would never do it again. It does not cover everything and it is pretty pricey my my for oil change.
They took care of my car when another repair facility could not, and were nice enough to do some of the minor adjustments without an additional charge.

I give Future Nissan of Folsom 5 stars, a truly pleasurable experience, we purchased a 2017 Titan, never had such an easy no drama experience, everybody there from start to finish was absolutely professional ,extremely friendly and most of all honest, we could not be happier with our purchase and experience. I came in to get a diagnostic and fluids checked for my car and Mena helped me out. The customer service was amazing, he's incredibly approachable and very informative without being pushy whatsoever. I mistakingly thought that wiper blade replacement came with the package I had purchased, but he kindly showed me where I went wrong and even went ahead and bought blades for me and showed me how to replace them. Very sweet ask for Mena if you ever go in!
