Service Personnel. - Always professional, not pushy and concerned about the customer. Communicates well. Dealership Service - I would recommend, that as a part of a four wheel brake service, that the emergency brake be checked and adjusted if needed. I was able to access and adjust the Ebrake, it took 90 seconds. I've never had to return for any work performed.

I took my car in to get a safety recall reflash of my ECM. It was done within 24 hours of when I called to make an appointment. They gave me a quote for what I asked for, and did the work requested, and at the same time did what I requested, and were friendly, and fast and accommodating.

I found the vehicle online and called. I spoke to DayDay who was super helpful and pleasant and speak with. I went in and test drove the vehicle to purchase. The finance and paper work portion was expected. I already had a pre-qualified loan coming in and it still took hours. I kept getting offered the additional warranty which I stated four times to decline. I understand finance was trying to be helpful and thinks it’s beneficial but I wasn’t interested. Overall the experience was good and I would come back to purchase a vehicle in the future.

My experience with this Nissan dealership is that it is outstanding in terms of service, workmanship, communication, “extras” (like the Lyft service available to A location once the car is dropped off and from the location back to the car when it’s finished, and a free quick quack car wash voucher) and fair pricing.
