I read the reviews before making the hour long trip and read nothing but good. The experience was great! Never had anything like this. I felt welcomed listened to. And I didn’t feel one bit of pressure for buying a car I didn’t like nor want it happened once but not again thank you Nissan of Folsom!
Excellent customer service. I leased my Leaf car last year and when I stopped to get some information I received the royal treatment. Chris, went out of his way and made sure to take me personally to the right person who is knowledgeable with the Leaf Cars to adjust my screen. Dana Reed, The Expert, fixed my issue in minutes Jerome, the sales person, greeted me courteously and remembered me by name. Impressive after such long time, I was there a year ago. Chris, Dana, and Jerode were friendly and smiling. I felt like a Princess. Great Dealership. Thank you all

As our family was in need of adding an additional driver, my husband and I started searching for a newer SUV. It was becoming a dreadful task feeling pressured at the dealer to buy. We left dealers empty handed and feeling discouraged. My husband then started shopping online because we didn't want to deal with the salesmen. When my husband found a pathfinder online and called he spoke to Kevin Ward, we made an appointment! Kevin was great, he understood our situation having kids himself and being on a budget and understood that this was a big decision. We never felt pressured. Even after we bought the pathfinder Kevin continues to go out of his way to answer our questions and concerns! Thanks Kevin, I love the Pathfinder!
The service writers are not only professional but very friendly. They remember their customers with a friendly first name welcome. They are eager to provide service above and beyond. Makes getting your car serviced something to look forward to! This is first dealer we will go to when ready to purchase an new Nissan.

Let me just start by saying that I'm typically not a Yelp-er and my husband definitely isn't one, but we both wanted to say how nice it was to work with Jeremy at Future Nissan in Folsom. He somehow managed to walk that fine line between enthusiasm and being too pushy and we certainly appreciated being able to focus on the decision-making process rather than looking for places on the lot to hide from a salesman we wanted to avoid. Thanks, Jeremy, for making buying a car (yes we bought a Nissan) as painless as possible. If anyone is looking for a totally chill dude, make sure you ask for him.
