The only thing that I had a hiccup with was, when I called to check the availability of the vehicle, they told me that it was in fact available (to which I replied that I was five minutes away and that I works be there to look at it). At that point, they should have notified me that it was not in their lot and that they would have to get it from another lot

The test drive was great. Nice to ride without sales. Better options for second key availability & gas voucher?? Our vehicle from other location had us with only one key. We had to wait till sales person next workday, for him to pick up?? Waiting 2days and our trade in had a full tank of gas. I asked for gas allowance to pick up key. Not an option. I asked for key delivery with no reply. I called Steven to assist with my request. Otherwise I love my MKZ🙋🏻♀️

I was looking for a new vehicle to replace my 14 year old Dodge 1500 Pick - up and had looked at your facilities website online. I was interested in seeing the new Nissan Murano and after test driving 2 at your facility that also fit into the criteria and price point I was looking for it made my decision to purchase very easy. The sales staff that I worked with were extremely friendly and professional. My experience with Future Nissan of Folsom was very positive.
Professional service and they were not pushy. We were on a time-crunch and they worked with us to expedite everything. They even drove the vehicle and paperwork to our home in order to get everything taken care of that same day.
Good communication and answering questions. The quote though was off about $500 that we weren’t expecting to pay. A little put off by that.

Nissan is a costly dealership service, but I feel like it's essential to have a good history report on my vehicles. I went in for my 105.000 mileage service and expected to pay for the minimum benefit and part it out on my maintenance. I was hit with unexpected expenses with a few oil leaks, and it doubled my amount. Nissan was fantastic with working with my payment and waved specific fees. It was a blessing.
